quick question:

which is the better deal??

1) 97 4Runner Ltd @ $16,900 w/ 142,000km or
2) 99 4Runner Ltd @ $17,900 w/ 170,000???

both are ltd....even though the 99 has more km, would it be in better shape if it is 2 yrs newer??...or would you rather take the 97 with fewer km???...i need advice!!!..hah..thanks

Not to jack the thread, but I've been looking into 4runners as well. How reliable are they? Any known common problems?

Go with the 99 as the difference in KM really isn't that much and we all know how reliable these toyotas are. $1000 isn't much for a 2-year newer car with only 28K more in KM.
