oil change on a 91 celica "noob question"

i have a 91 toyota celica GT-S, and i wanna change the oil myself, ive been getting a machanic change my oil since i got my car last year, and i finally wanna do it myself, can anyone tell me how??? i know its a noob question, i just wanna do it right

I suggest buying a shop manual or a haynes manual for your car.

I can tell you how to change your oil but I can just give you instructions.

1. Remove drain plug.
2. Let oil drain
3. Remove oil filter
4. Replace oil filter ensuring a bit of new motor oil is placed around the rubber seal. Fill the filter before you put it on.
5. Fill crankcase with oil.
