I've got a black honda, needs to be waxed, but it still has that sick film of cheap crap on it from the car wash. What do I use to remove any wax on the car so I can start fresh?

ok, so I bought mothers clay bar kit, and mothers three step system, cleaner, polish, pure carnuba wax. $87.00 later, this better work. I am going to wash with dish soap, clay bar, then the three step. thanks for all the input

a clay bar will not remove wax.....it is used to make the car smooth like it just got painted......it takes all the crap like rail dust or just tiny grains of dirt out of the paint...at work we use stuff called fallout remover.....maybe dish soap will work but ive never heard of using it before.....i might be able to get you a bit of stuff for you to use...pm me if you want some and i will see what i can do
