so, it has two weeks worth of use on it...BUT only has 14 days left of it's ONE YEAR warranty??...

plus being about a two year old model??

one year sony warranty and 14 days left on store exchange i believe, and where did you get 2 years old from? it is $1600 right now at future shop

my bad i was looking at the K23 on the futureshop site, ill confirm with my friend the warrantee info though and when it was bought

I work for Sony, that's where I got it...

so uhmmm got invoices for the purchase??...cause without those no warranty...no matter where you go...and if you HAVE the invoices...you can return it for FULL purchase price cant you??...cause I mean that's what i would do...not take a hit on Beyond get all my money back...

and don't come back and say the FS return policy is only 14 days cause I KNOW they will make exceptions for a day or two over...

I dunno, its a pretty old book in computer years.

K13 -> k23 -> k33 -> k43 (current)

4 cycles = ~12 months

$1600 at futureshop, what a rip off.....we're selling the K33 at $1499.....

and bs on the battery life, its 1-2.5 hours....2 hours regular use would entail turning the screen brightness all the way down and not turning on and off the computer. Hardly "regular" use.....

alright he has all invoices, receipts, and original packaging, it was bought at london drugs new a couple weeks ago, and he has tried to return it for money back and they would not make an exception due to the fact its last year's model, and yeah thats just the manufacter's claim about the battery life, and most laptop
's will not actually go much longer then a hour, but yeah if anyone's interested his email is at the bottom you can ask him any questions
