i'm not sure if the intake is for auto or manual, but it's the base/premium model one (different from type-S); i don't think the auto/manual makes a difference
it's the injen one, and i think i remember seeing a washer bottle, but you'll lose the washer fluid indicator, and imo injen is better because u don't have to relocate the washer bottle
and for the spoiler u should ask a bodyshop? in essence you can make anything fit
