Alright, upgrading my video editing machine tonight, so my old machine is for sale. Here's the specs:

Asus P4P800 motherboard w/RAID and Gigabit LAN
Intel Pentium 4 - 3.0Ghz
1GB RAM
DVD Rom 16x speed
Radeon 9550SE 128MB Video Card
2 x Maxtor 120GB Hard Drives

I priced it out new today at $1100, selling it for $650firm. Don't bother asking if I'll take $600. I'll just ban your ass for not being able to read lol. I'm keeping my software, so I'm wiping this system clean. If you give me a CD for the OS, I will install, configure, patch, and get everything running perfect for you.

For the hard drives, you can choose however you want me to set it up. Right now it's setup as a RAID mirror (120gb total space) but I can easily reconfigure it for you to a RAID stripe (240gb total space and twice the HDD speed).

Ram speed? CD drives? P4 FSB speed? Sound card? Firewire? # of USB's?

I assume it's a P4P800E Deluxe?

Xtreme most likely yes, as I have the same board and it has the features he has listed.

Rgae is it 3ghz stock or is a 2.6 or 2.8 OC'd to 3ghz, I know how easy it is to OC on these boards so just checking it out.

I may be interested.

RAM speed - dunno
CD drive - none, just the 16x DVD Rom which is 40x for cds
P4 FSB - dunno
Sound Card - built into motherboard
Firewire - built into motherboard

I'll check the specs on the RAM and FSB speeds tonight, I dunno how important that is really in terms of overall performance hehe. The system is 8 months old or so, just bought whatever was fastest at the time.

It's a 3Ghz CPU. I don't overclock, that's why I upgraded :).

As for the motherboard, I don't think it's a P4P800 deluxe or whatever, those have SATA, and AFAIK this one doesn't. It said P4P800 on the board, so it must be an older version of it.

OK I must be retarded because it's a P4P800 deluxe, and yes it has 2 SATA RAID channels as well ;).

Memory is Kingston, part # KVR400X64C3/512, 2 of those.

Are the Maxtor drives SATA?

Nope, IDE. So there's room for 1 drive on primary IDE, 2 drives on secondary IDE, and 2 drives on the 2 SATA's.

It's awesome for video editing. As long as it's not HD content, it'll pretty much render anything (including WMV) in real time. HD needs way too much processing power, which is why I upgraded haha.

Excellent deal, but its probably not too much of a gaming machine. Does it come with monitor?
