Had the business for about 5 years now. Just opened a restaurant, so gonna have to sell this one! Good to earn a bit extra bling!
- The place is call GARDEN OF JAPAN (basically an EDO JAPAN). Located in the CrossRoads Flea Market just off of Odon and Blackfoot Tr. in the food court! CONSIDERING THAT IT'S THE FLEA MARKET, IT ONLY OPENS SAT. & SUN
- Menu items are exactly the same as if it was the actual Edo. (Teriyaki Chicken, Sukiyaki Beef, Etc.)
- Everything is included to basically run it (Huge flat grill, fridge, freezer, etc.)
- Average sales per weekend $700+ depending on season!
(Summer earns more then winter!)
- Cost for supplies average $75-$100 per week (not much)
- Rent: $700 per month. UTILITIES ALREADY INCLUDED!
- Training is provided to the buyer!
- Asking $30,000 obo
