anyone think this is a good deal if i can try and get it for $4000

Here's the info, though I'm sure I'm leaving things out:

Car:
1987 Black Hatch
KMs - ~245,000
KMs on engine rebuild: ~6,000 + ~10,000 = ~16,000
KMs on LSD rebuild: ~10,000

Mods:
- Engine, completely rebuilt, HKS cams, new pistons, head work, TRD plug wires
- TRD clutch with ~16,000 km on it.
- Washable cone filter with AFM adaptor plate
- 4-2-1 header
- Custom exhaust with Ractive straigh-thru muffler
- Custom front strut tower bar (made by DPR)
- Tokico Illumina 5-way adjustable shocks/struts
- Techno Toy Tuning RCAs
- Cut TRD USA springs
- Custom rear strut tower bar
- Vintage Chowini steering wheel
- Multi-pattern steering wheel hub adaptor
- Japanese front bumper with brackets and corner lights - corner lights modified to retain blinker function
- OEM LSD, rebuilt
- gutted interior
- Super light 13x6 panasport wheels with 185/60/13 Sumitomo HTR200 (50% tread)

Spares:
- NEW Japanese rear bumper with OEM Toyota JDM brackets - never mounted
- 1 NEW spare rear wheel bearing with no collar - OEM Koyo bearing
- NEW steering rack and pinion (internals only)
- NEW OEM ring and pinion for rear end
- NEW Autometer fuel ratio gauge, never used
- NEW front end polyurethane bushings by Energy Suspension
- NEW OEM clutch, pressure plate and flywheel

- 6 13" Yokohama A008 R-compound tires, 50% tread, great for the track, have been kept away from light

- 2 (one left, one right) OEM front fenders - red, a bit dented, but no rust. Can be easily re-shaped.
- OEM sunroof panel, no rust, primered only

- used T-50 transmission (shifts very smoothly)
- used OEM rad (used, working condition)
- used Driveshaft w/bearing, excellent condition
- used OEM steering column, excellent condition
- used OEM steering rack (complete, needs one ball joint), excellent condition
- used OEM front suspension arms with good bushings (lower control arms, sway bar, tension rods) - you can swap these onto the car if you're too lazy to replace the current bushings
- lots of spare hatch struts, AFM, headlight motors, etc.
- used OEM stock springs
- used catalytic converter
- 4 OEM steelies
- Spin turn knob - made by RS86
- Brake master cylinder brace - made by Jspec Tony - never installed
- 50 mm multi-pattern-steering hub extender, probably made by RS86 or Jspec Tony
- K&N filter recharge kit

I'm sure there are other parts I'm forgetting or leaving out, like spare front wheel bearings, spare front brake discs, interior parts and trim, etc., etc., etc. Trust me when I say my garage is like an AE86 junkyard.

NOTE: for some reason the fuse that the tach, temp gauge, fuel gauge and reverse lights are on keeps blowing out, and I can't figure it out. I was planning to install aftermarket gauges anyway, but never got around to it.

For ALL of this, I'm asking $5,000 CANADIAN

roll the carolla for a daily driver and pimp it a bit more. I have one and I love it, the funnest little car to drive. I wish it was in calgary or I would be sold in a heart beat
