it is not illagal to dl music from teh net...as long as u are not distributing......and teh courts have declared that distribution does NOT include having a shared folder on kazaa, or allowing ppl to upload from u while u dl........its not illegal now, although there all lobbyists trying very hard to make it illegal in canada

Best way I have ever downloaded is using BitTornado. Nothing else really compares, especially things like Kazaa and crap like that.
