Do bearings need break in time?

i got my front bearing done today! everything is fine but there is a little squeel coming from the wheel that got the bearing done? is that normal?

Just let the grease work it's way through the entire bearing itself. When you heard the squeeking... was it cold outside? New bearings and cold, they don't like one another...
