I'd say so.. it is brutally fast but feels too smooth and is too quiet to make you feel like you're actually moving quickly. It's an awesome car, but definitely a lot more sedate than an eight cylinder AMG.

There was a great quote from the president of Brabus was something along the lines of the fact that with the 8 cylinder supercharged engines you can really feel every cylinder working and that the cars are a bit frantic whereas the V12s are silky smooth.

Both are great, just a matter of personal preference I guess.

Of course I meant no disrespect to the S/C 5.5, just that the TT V12 is a MONSTER.

I agree the SL55 is more spirited and tossable than the 65 and the CL makes it a bit more of a boat, just that the CL is the MB flagship and to take the top of the line of that model is what I meant by upgrade.

Either AMG is an amazing beast with its own merits. :)

I started behind him at the light when it turned green. He floors his car, through the light I am already next to him. Passed the light I am in front of him.

At the next light I looked back and he stuck his head through the window so I could talk to him... I was like "Nice plate." :D :rofl:

(He stuck his head back in the car and didn't look too happy)

Ok.. well I apologize if I took it the wrong way. Bikes seem to want to race constantly.. the car makes some noise so a lot of times they think I am racing.

It is a 4000lb old-man luxury car, it isn't a drag racer.. it might sound like a NASCAR but it isn't.

I guess I am way too good at Math to be in any way surprised when a 150+hp bike that weighs 500lbs or whatever can beat my 4000lb car from 0-60 or whatever it is that they are interested in.

If they really want a race, maybe they should line up against a Citation X on takeoff.. then we can talk about power to weight ratios.

I think my point was that you are a moron if you think that I would race a sportbike.. I'm not entirely sure, but I'm sure your bike is probably faster as I doubt I could even get traction off a light at full throttle.
