90 accord front bumper removal

I ordered a pair of projector headlights but I am having difficulties removing the front bumper cover to install the lights and i don't really want to pay $160 to have them installed. I know about the bolts behind the corner lights but and the ones above the lights. But i take all them off and the bumper still wont come off. I noticed the plastic screws under the grill and i noticed the ones under the headlights but im not sure how to take them off. If anyone has info or knows where I can get info it would be greatly appriciated.

Are you sure you have to remove the bumper to remove headlights/install the projectors?

ya because the lights are attatched behind the bumber and to get to the bolts you have to remove it
