not sure, all i know is that its built by kicker, i bought it off someone on beyond a long time ago...

i've seen lots of ultimate stuff at visions before

Ultimate car audio is made by still water designs...
still water designs make KICKER...
so no ultimate is not no-name, its just not high end....
one benefit is there 2 year no hassel over the counter exchange on blown speakers...
i have seen customers bring speakers back in pieces and they get a new set on the spot...
name another company that does that.
