I read military autobiographies for a hobby and recently got one from the Amazon.ca website called Amongst The Marines by Steven Preece. At first I thought what's in a book. By the end of it I thought WOW. It fluctuated from extreme violence to disgust to hilarious laughter. It even warns you about this on the cover. All in all a fairly decent story but very very different from anything I have read before. Can anybody recommend any others that are similar to this one?
