FEDEX Help

Guys i need urgent help. I ordered something off ebay, its a company and not a person or anything. Their customer service game me a tracking number. But when I track it it shows this. Shows picked up by some other guy. I never recieved my item. I am just wondering if that means their shipping process is complete or its still going....

ok here from what I can see

april 27 5:17 PM (Hong Kong time) it got picked up by fed ex it made its way across the time divided thing and it arrived in the US (ANCHORAGE, AK) at 12:56pm April 27 and US customs is now holding the item.

but that tracking system seems pretty messed up just call fed ex and ask them what the hold up is. im pretty sure that who ever sent it to you forgot to add the commercial invoice.

^^You guessed right. Its so fucking messed up I couldnt even tell anything from that. So i called them and yea thats the case. Its held up in Alaska for some dumb ass reason. The guy on the phone said all the papers and everything is fine and complete, should be on its way soon. Then I dunno whats the hold up about. Freakin Americans got nothing better to do.
