how long does it take for tickets to get off your record?
and how long does it take for at-fault accidents to come off before the insurance company decreases premiums?
thanks!

haha cmon guys where are you getting your info? its 2 years on abstract but there is a extended search that can show you up to the last 10 years of your driving record
Traffic Tickets are 2 years on Abstracts but are kept on record for 3 years by most insurance companies.
Insurance companies like to know your history of claims for the past 6 years and history of accidents for the past 10 years. But for the most part insurance companies watch the past 6 years for accidents

so for the sake of one's driving record (not insurance), do we gain out 'points-off' back in several years? don't we only have a certain number of points to start with?
