You guys are both right,
But this is the third one I got from dell, and has no backlighting issue, And no dead pixels, this one is flawless,

Does Dell do International Warrenty? If I took this overseas and it started dying on me, would my local Dell shop fix it?

I saw that too, but unless you have a buddy in U.S. and paid another leg of shipping charges, you're out of luck.
Plus, 20" wide is like a standard 17" LCD scretched on the sides. I would rather go for 23"/24" (when the price is reasonable of course.)

Dell USA is usually cheaper then in Dell Canada...... Cause if you look at the promotions in the past USA uaully gets like 20- 30% percent off where as the best i've seen for dell canada is 150bucks off and this is for selected models....

Yup, just need a USA address, and then pay some for customs.
