I was Reading on honda tech that the B20 and the B18B cams are pretty much exactly the same. but i was wondering if the B18A cam was different and if it would be worth my time putting these cams on my car? ( 90 teg ) I know its not going to give me a hole lot more power but if i pick up 1 or 2 hp at the wheels its like 5%:D kidding but still the cams cost me nothing so. is it worth my hour of time switching these things??

thanks for your info. do you know about the Throttle bodies? I read somewhere on the net that the B18 one is 58MM and the B20 one is 60MM? can anyone verify this for me?

thanks again for all the help

Drew, I'll likely be selling my type R TB later in the summer if you want it.

If you're looking for cams, try to find some used Crower 403's on G2IC or Honda-Tech. You'll need to replace your valve springs, so just find some type R ones. But if you're really looking to get serious...bump up the compression with some CTR pistons and get a set of 404's.

I already have the B20 TB and i don't really wanna up the compression because of the boost that i will be installing hopefully this winter. how big is your ITR TB?

I think it's either 62 or 63MM. I'm sure someone will correct me on that. It's from a CTR if that helps.
