Hey i'm looking for these two parts ASAP!
1) Motherboard - Socket 939. Must have Audio, preferably AGP but PCI-E is okay if it has onboard video
2) Processor - Looking for something around an AMD 64 3000+

Check OEMExpress, you should get what you want for about $320.
