WTB P4 CPU & Asus P4P800/-E dlx

before hitting memoryexpress I wanna see if any fellow beyonders have in sale what I'm looking for:

P4 3.0ghz+ (preferably not overclocked)

and an

Asus P4P800-E Deluxe-UAY w/ DualDDR400, Audio, GB LAN, SATA, IDE RAID, 1394 (doesnt really matter dlx as all I really care for is audio and lan)

I'm willing to go up as high as 400$

just PM me here if you have anything. I'll accept a P4 2.53 aswell.

yeah i saw it, but he's selling a whole rig, I just need a new motherboard and cpu to upgrade my current rig

If i were you buddy, buy it new from memoryexpres.

I got the same setup, except a 2.6 OC'd at 3ghz, will be upgrading when I can find another CPU for cheap.

I highly recommend this board, its the only board I haven't had any problems with at all. if you cant find one on here it is still worth buying it new.
