By the way, shouldn't be fron Japan .. they are talking Mandarin ... and all roads signs are in Chinese ...

yep. that's not in japan. i think that's the club called "300 club" (300km/h or 300 hp) in Taipei, Taiwan.

yeah indeed.it's in Taiwan..the title is also TWstreet and the license plate is not like the one we have here in japan.
