I upgraded my rig, so it's time to clean out my closet.
Cobra AW-850 6-Channel Soundcard - $30
Pretty decent soundcard, especially for the price. A lot of people were saying it was as good as the Soundblaster cards available at the time this came out for a fraction of the cost (I wouldn't know, though). I sold another one of these cards last year here and the buyer seemed pretty pleased with it. A good budget soundcard. Comes with box and drivers.

Case w/ 300W PSU - $40
Your average case. Very quiet PSU. When cleaning it out, I just found out the back plate where the motherboard comes out! Makes for easy installations. Two front USB ports. There's a small split on the lower right corner of the plastic though (it was like that when I bought it). You can see the crack in the first pic. I have like 3 old case fans I can throw in if you want, but no mounting screws for them though.
