WTB: UPass for spring/summer

well i already posted wanting one couldn't find anyone willing to part and talked to the people at the university and it's currently only available for grad students only if you look around on the signs for u passes around the u you'll notice that little fine print as well.

i think there IS a U-pass for spring/summer but you have to pay for it

There weren't any Spring/Summer upasses for grad students when I was a grad student (1 year ago).

Does it cover the May – August period as well as the Fall and Winter terms?

Starting Sept 1/04, for the duration of the next three years, the May – August period will be covered for Graduate students who have a 3 semester program. Undergraduates are only covered for the fall and winter semesters.

Negotiations are ongoing for staff and Undergraduate students for the periods not currently covered.

Is there any way I can transfer my U-Pass to another person?

No. The pass is strictly non-transferable. Any and all cards believed to be fraudulently used or altered will be immediately confiscated by transit authorities and turned over to the University for further action. It is important to know that Calgary Transit security will frequently be asking transit users to show their U-Passes (similar to showing tickets or passes on the C-Train) and checking them closely to ensure the pictures and stickers are correct.

^Oh, everyone knows that... but I really don't see them wasting their time by "closely checking" a sticker.
