sorry but you are incorrect! yes if you only head out to say airdrie yes it would still be charged as local but if you are in red deer and you have an incoming call you will be charged long distance unless the person who calls you used a roaming number

Could've been:
1) if the incoming calls were coming from out of the city (and assuming they were received while in the city), or

2) if the incoming calls were received outside of the city.

I interpreted as the first way, to which I am correct, but you're also correct about the second way. :)
