Bought it for $300, first one offer of $200 takes it.

Used for 6 months, moving on to Socket 939 Micro-ATX board force me to adopt PCI-E, so selling this one.

I don't really know but the heat sink isn't overly large so it doesn't waste your PCI slot next to it. If you look at the photo, the care is about 2-2.5" extened beyond the standard AGP port.

Pretty standard card, are you putting this into a shuttle?
