Just saw this movie yesterday afternoon...

I personally give this movie a 4/5 stars. :thumbsup: It's better than all the scary movies that have come out lately (ie. the grudge, boogeyman, darkness, etc.) The acting was actually really good for me! The story was actually pretty decent, some unexpected twists throughout. I'd recommend the movie for a great date movie :rolleyes: :D hehe lol

And a plus...you get to see Paris Hilton in her bra and underwear :hitit:

all of the scary movies coming out these days are all the same, someone/something is possessed or the house is haunted etc, ect...i thought house of wax was not only good and scary but a very original story line..something you wont find often in horror movies these days.:thumbsup:

Lately all the scary movies have been gay. Like boogeyman, grudge, darkness and shit like that. I am sure no matter how gay this movie is, people will like it better just cauz of paris. I would like to check out The Amityville Horror though. That movie should be good.

i think i might check this movie out. I just saw the amityville horror and i thought that was pretty good. I know thers lots of movies like this but i think it comes out on top. Some trippy scenes

Saw this movie last night... both me and the lady thought it was pretty drawn out and not near as good looking as what the previews make it seem.

I'm not a big fan of Paris but she didn't do too bad in the movie, course she didn't have many lines.... I'm sure that they had to have her on a strict diet of ridilin for the shooting though.

I saw it last night, wasn't too bad. Way better then I expected. I'm glad that Paris's character was NOT the main one. I felt the ending was thrown together very fast, and very badly done.

Worst part was with the scissors and the achilles tendon. :barf:

I thought this movie was one of the most intense horror flicks since the remake of chainsaw massacre. It kept me on the edge of my seat and it was full of straight up brutal gore, mind you i was high as shit when i saw it so it might not be as good as i think. lol. BTW has anybody seen the original house of wax with vincent price?
