How the fuck can you let such a nice car sit for like 40 years and only put on 27 miles? What a waste. It's like dating a supermodel and never banging her.

according to that he got 400000 for that car. thats one hell of an investment. pay about 5000 with all the options, sell it for substantially more.... guy makes a good buck off it

In his discription he lists how much he bought it for and the aftermarket stuff still works out he's gonna make a good chunk with the last bid on there.

haha

I was just about to post this, but you beat me to it

That thing is crazy, even a $400,000 bid wasn't enough to meet the reserve!

sounds like he's already rich to be able to store the car in a temperature controlled garage - did you see how big that place is? looks huge. just to have a car that beautiful just sitting around for 40 years......WOW

Q: After your Chevelle sells maybe you would be interested in buying my 67 Shelby GT500 to take its place.

A: I DON'T NEED TO SELL IT TO BUY YOUR CAR HOW MUCH?

You have to wonder if that thing would even start up, I mean it must have old gas and oil in it (if any)

Yeah has no miles, and was stored in a temp controlled room.. but wouldn't the engine rot from not being used?

I know if I let my car sit for a month or two I have leaks and broken valves etc.

we're talkin about a Chevrolet big block from the golden age of big blocks. that thing would run forever.

A 1979 Chevelle will never be worth anywhere close to what a big block 1967-1970 Chevelle will be worth.
