Defrosters should be there already when you order the glass. It's done by machines, not by hand (sucks for if a guy ever have that job). But the manufacturing process is more expensive than the front windshield.

Wow, I used to live in the Hamptons and I never would have imagined something like that happening there. Then again it was a newer community. As Calgary grows so does the crime unfortunately. From the pictures it looks like you parked on that back road that connects Hamptons Blvd to Co-op. I've always considered that a dangerous road. Not only do you have people flying down it since it's just one gigantic hill, but it's rather remote and people could drive by and do just about anything to the cars and houses by the road and get away with it.

One of my friends in Edgemont told me about a few idiots with paintball guns that went down his street hosing all the cars. Now that's pretty bad, but when someone throws a brick through your windshield and leaves all the other cars alone, that's got to be troubling. Hope you catch up to those bastards man, good luck!
