I have never seen sush a slow construction project in my life they have been working on this thing for 2 to 3 years. What the fuck?? Here is just some of the other projects that have been built in that time:
1) Overpass at McLeod and Midlake.
2) Deerfoot Meadows (Ikea, etc)
3) Deerfoot interchange to Ikea.
4) Royal Oak shopping centre.
5) Superstore at Countryhills
6) sobeys at Bridalwood.

many many more

How long does it take to build a small resteraunt??

:dunno: :banghead:

A number of unpredictable setbacks I would imagine.

Also, they are trying to change the Moxie's look like the one near the Airport (off Barlow Tr).

Who cares?? That one has been done for what at least 6 or 8 months. How lonf would it take to duplicate it. For how long they have taken it should have 24k tile grout

They currently only have 1 team working on the restaurant. Like I said, there are some setbacks...

I have no idea why there is only 1 team in place.

Actual construction on the building hasnt been happening for THAT long... before hand it looked like the old building would be renovated, then it was torn down. :dunno:
