I saw this once before on another forum and I believe it said that it is only for the drift cars and that they aren't going to bring it to "mainstream production." Thay just wanted to showcase the fact that they have the technology to do such a thing. Thats just what I believe I read, might be different in some places.

i read an article about them, its kinda cool. they are working on blue smoke ones too. i dunno, its osmethign diffrent for the drift scene but they will never make it into mainstream production for the tuning market

The red smoke is a one-of-a-kind thing right now.

I think BFG it was had a set of tires that had part of the tread on it red, it would leave nice red rubber but wouldn't smoke rubber.

Although they have been using colored rubber on bikes for stunting and shows for awhile now from the other forum we are talking about this on, so its just starting to hit cars and tuning now.
