I want to go flying plane

Just wondering if there's a place in calgary to go flying to see if i like it or not. Anyone know where in calgary there's a place? how much?

Call the flying club out of Springbank. They have introductory lessons for 40 bux. They take up for 30 minutes and let you fly the plane once at a safe altitude. I have done it 3 times now. Its a blast! :drool:

You can get these familiarity flights at any flight school. Many will even let you take off (with the instructors help of course) They're usually a good deal also like 40 or 50 bucks for about a half hour (like Aleks said), while the plane+instructor would normally cost around 160 bucks an hour at full price. For the best bang for your buck go with somthing out of the springbank airport (Instead of Calgary) and you will spend more time in the air then on the ground.
