I believe there are only CF hood up to the 03 model for now

The hood on the S2000 has never changed in size or shape. If a CF hood fits one model year, it will fit all model years.
I have one but it's not for sale. :D

Then there's something wrong with your hood. The S2000 hood has not changed. What doesn't fit?

I would also like to add the following. It's a thread about a current group buy on CF Hoods for S2000s. You will notice that there are no model year designations for these hoods. You will also notice that hoods are found on pre'-04 cars and '04 cars:
