this is an awesome plan, i would take it if i didnt have one already

does it come with a phone? You pay all fees to transfer? What is the total monthly bill with taxes and everything? When do the evenings start? any other features like voicemail or caller id?

man oh man just like it says guys 20+taxs and free caller ID and yes all night and weekend plans start at 8pm unless told otherwise. I have two plans and only need one now?
I will not pay any fees and no phone. plan only
