I got a Primax colorado 600P scanner for sale. i just bought one of those scanner/printer/copier 3in one so i dont need this. however, i dont have the CD for the program but anything can be taken off the net.

yes i believe it is.
the comp i was using it on had windows 98, but i'm pretty sure it'll work with XP

For those of you wondering:

Primax recommends installing the Win2K driver if you're using XP, but does not garuntee that it will work. There are no WinXP drivers for Primax hardware.

That being said, how can you go wrong for $15? :D
