need air spencer cs-x3 squash refills - help

I know this is not beemer related, but i can't add a thred when this should be posted.

I need to pick up some refills and am wondering if anyone knows where i can pick them up. The place where i originally got the air spencer from does not stock the proper refills and the only other ones don't even last.
