I've been pretty good about going to the gym so I don't need my home stuff too badly anymore. I'm not desperate to get rid of any of it but if it will help someone get in shape then that's what I want!

nope. Firm on price for bag and weights and yes the bag comes with a chain.

LOL I have the same weight bench, I moved the safety latches over to my current system,

and with a hack saw and drill, I converted the bench into a plain bench for my dumbbells. Works great.

Good luck on your sale. It'll make someone happy.
