Maybe stress? School problems, work problems, girlfriend problems?

Ulcer? If it was a problem in the past, it could be a reaccuring thing.

Stress causes ulcers, and other stomach acid related phenomenon.

an extremely high percentage of ulcers are caused by some sort of bacteria that can be irridicated by a prescription drug( or so I've heard)

go see a doctor just in case it is that simple for you

Yeah, definitely cut the painkillers if you take any, they are killer on your stomache.

I only get heartburn when I have crazy gf's. lol but true.

If your diet hasn't changed it's probably stress related. I have had acid reflux problems for years and used to eat tums & rolaids constantly which isn't good for you. Now I take Nexium every two days and haven't had heartburn for four years. Very expensive shit though.

Have you started taking a multivitamin? Or change brands?

Are you taking ECA? Aspirine will cause ulcers with long term, daily use. Some pro-hormones can as well, it would be helpful if you listed any supps you take or anything you may suspect bro
