Subaru just flushed any momentum they gained with the WRX down the toilet. Apparently the Subaru design team figured that the Pontiac Aztek needed a brother.

How could the big wigs at Fujitsu Heavy look at their automobile division's new corporate beak and say: "That's it! That's the look we want." Crack cocaine must be cheap in Japan.

One thing is for sure, Tribecca has the corporate grill look. It'll be on every Scooby unless Tribecca fails miserably.

these arent the actuall photos, the rear JDm 06 hasnt been realeased yet, when this car get release we wont see it until 07 since we are always a year behind japanese releases

It's common knoweledge that Tribecca front end will be gracing (or disgracing how I like to put it) future Subarus so I am willing to bet that those pics are very close to what they will look like.

For sure, for almost any new car, I dislike or an 50-50 on initial pics, but in reality when laying eyes on the actual car, very few are awful.

If a bunch of people with decade old cars who would likely not buck up the 50k to buy one dont like it, I'm sorry, but it's not the end of the world.

I'm betting, if as stated that auto express is the close to real deal, it won't be bad at all.

2007 for sure. It's a complete redesign. May not use the 4G63 though:( . It may be an all-new 2.4L turbocharged (nothing in common with the Dodge 2.4L turbo btw) powerplant featuring direct injection like what Audi & VW are using in the new 2.0L turbo engines.

atleast they made it so that any after market company can easily rework the front to get that sill middle peice out, i think a nice staright grill will look hella hot on there

but its actaully pretty nice, i like how they are cleaning up the lines arround the body
