Question About Imperial Parking Ticket

i recieved a imperial parking ticket the other day and i was wondering if any of you guys every recieved one of theses? i have friends who had a couple of theses and they said they have never paid for them just chucked them out ( because you have to mail the money in through mail in vancouver bc, or use a credit card)

so i want to hear from u guys should i pay for this or dont bother just check it out?
