My goals have always been around being a better complete athlete. I work to be someone who excells at almost any sport. I don't have specific goals such as get big, or get toned or anything.

Right now my motivation is for step 4 of the Calgary Fire Department Recruitment process: the physical test. I've done the test before and it's not a problem, I just want to be the quickest:D

Big goals eh? Good luck with them, I was going for the same thing when I was about 19 or 20 but after I starting making friends in the IFBB's I changed my mind.
I wish I could have been my age back in Arnold's day, thats when bodybuilding was more than a freak show, the judges look for entirely different things now.
If I were you I'd stay clean and stick to natural events, once you cross over the name of the game becomes, how many iu's of insulin can I use before I fall into a coma and die? From your natural genetic potential AAS will get you an extra 20%, hGH along with other peptides will get you another 20%, the final 60% is all slin.

it used to be get big, im like 5'7, without any muscle i'd probably weigh like 110-115, i bulked up to like 138ish, got a fat roll going, then summer hit and between working outdoors pushing a fertilizer spreader/dragging a hose around, going to the gym 5 days a week and playing as many sports as possible with friends i'm back down to a solid 125, but i look better than ever, so i'm just going to try to stick with this level of fitness and gain weight slowly if it happens at all

i would like to go in a marathon soon but i guess will just have to see how it goes. I'm training for that at the moment.

oh and getting my back in shape is one of my most wanted goals that is extremely portant to me cause if my back is bad at this age it aint gonna get any better unless i do something about it.

If you want to workout just to see hot girls get a day pass to westside. Every time I go I see a ton of milfs and hot girls who look like they spent 2 hrs getting ready just to go workout.

Yeah 'rain runs' are the best, they make you feel so hardcore. I love just wearing shorts and a t-shirt and just givin' er.

Be able to play 90 minutes in competitive soccer without feeling I'm about to die.. I find re-conditioning stamina is no easy task.

Went running again this morning in the rain.Only went for 6km though.
On the way home, I managed to run on the bike path from the Beddington flyover to 64 Ave without stopping .That's first for me.. :) .
