I once saw this guy, average adult size, riding a bicycle that was very small, but had a very high seat and very high handlebars, so that he could comfortably fit on it.

What is this called?

It turns out they are folding bicycles.

I also found this (http://www.montagueco.com/) folding bike, its pretty cool, because its full size, yet can fold to about the same size as those smaller folding bikes, and is better quality.

The folding bike doesn't look like what you described. :dunno:

I saw an aluminum folding bike that was the size of a briefcase.. it had 10inch wheels..
however when searching on google for it all I could find was this (http://www.outinstyle.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?store_code=ois&screen=PROD&product_code=POPUP)

Which I thought was better.. considering its a portable, foldable toilet/changeroom..
(note the first pic she is standing on a picnic table, and the always necessary throwing of the porta-toilet)

Carfanman why do you want a small bicycle?

Yea, I'm thinking that that might be even better though.

Are there any folding BMX bicycles, because that one is good, but I think its more of a mountain bike. There is a pic of a guy in the air with that bike though, so maybe I'm wrong. Problem is it has shocks, which a BMX wouldnt.
So if anyone can find a folding BMX, please post it up.

Carfanman why do you want a small bicycle?

Convenience mostly. Not needing to look around for a place to lock it up, every time I want to go inside a store or a building.
