It would still mostlikely be in the 12s at race city.

it's only a .7 sec difference if you are comparing sea level to here, i've tried figuring it out many times, using different sites and formulas, and it appears thats the difference, and what track is at sea level, so it's more likely it's around .4 .5 of a sec
