I'm thinking of checking out LA Weight Loss to jump start my weight loss goal before I get married in October. Just wondering who has had experience with them. Recommended? Thanks!

I'd say it's just another fad. Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, Atkins, Abs, Southbeach... L.A. Weight loss, they all seem like the miracle ways to lose weight.

The fact is people just need something to follow. The principles of health have not changed since the 1950's, but we seem to be too lazy to actualy practice them:

- sleep well
- eat healthy
- exercise often
- drink plenty of water
