How long have you been modifiying your car?

From the date you took ownership and put your first real modification on the car, how long has it been? :dunno: What was that first modification?

I've had my car for close to two full years. My first modification was removing the air silencer out of the intake assembly. :)

I've had this car for 5 months and the first thing that came off was the intake resonator.

I've only had my new car for about 3-4 weeks so nothing much has been done....yet, soo umm first performance mod would have to be adding Beyond stickers to the side of her, there good for 10hp or so, after I've fixed her up abit and got her running smooth, then it will be suspension mods and some basic stuff on the engine like pulleys and fuel, get her ready for a turbo kit next summer.

I got my first mustang when I was 15, '87 2.3L, did a bunch of work, then wrote it off when I was 17. I took all the pieces and bought the exact same car but '91 with a full black interior and a sunroof. I transfered my body kit, rims, stereo etc... then I recently painted it and dropped it on air ride. And I will continue to spend $$$$ on it until I am old and grey. Next up is an intercooled supercharger ($5,000) gotta do some saving...

When I got my first vehicle back in 1996 I was into the minitrucking scene. I had the roll pan, drop spindles, billet wheels etc. Got my first "sports car" a few years later, did some ricer mods that were baller at the time. Still modifying cars to this day.

I've had my car almost 3 years, I changed the header and intake about a month after I got it. I still have a lot of plans for it too.

Man you've come across a shit load of problems. I would suggest getting an older car thats
A) Easy to work on
B) Good aftermarket
:)
