The world is big enough as it is.. I think we should have the opposite of the Young Offender's Act.

If you do something really fucked up at a young age, to the gallows with you, fucker. I don't want tax payer's being blown on years of rehab for a twisted little shit that'll probably just grow up to be a predator. But seroiusly, should we as a society spend the countless thousands of dollars rehabilitaing these obviously fucked up kids just to have another gas pump jockey? Or a grocery bagger?
