yeah no kidding
I wonder if putting rims and an exhaust on a Lambo lowers its value?

Not when the wheels are HRE and the exhaust is Tubi. Hard to argue that it is not a significant upgrade.

It could be imported from the states which can reduce the price significantly.

 A Tubi will make that thing sound like a fighter jet.

but it is not stock. remember, there is a weird group of people out there that only buy stock cars, or buy tuned cars and put them back to stock, and won't pay as much money for the tuned car no matter how much the parts cost. those people generally tend to be the people who can efford Italian exotics :D

but seeing as how I would probably put HREs and a Tubi on there myself to stand out even more, I am not one of those people.

Yeah, but I doubt there are many purists who would buy something as gaudy as a Lambo.. don't get me wrong, I'd love a Murcielago, but it isn't exactly a purists car.

In any case, you'd be crazy not to prefer the Tubi/HRE combo to stock.

Just because it's priced less than the 01 SE, doesn't make it a good deal... Don't forget, the 01 SEs are worth just north of $200k USD. There's deals and then there's being the only game in town (so to speak).

The person who bought the car is very happy with the upgraded wheels and exhaust. It will look very nice parked beside his other super-cool black car ;)

I'm only interested in the Murcielago Roadsters... the Berlinettas just don't do it for me:dunno: . The wheels and Tubi won't affect value negatively. If you're buying and you don't like the wheels, just ask for the stock ones and put em on then sell the HREs for about 7k and the Tubi for about 3k. An extra 10 thousand bucks isn't exactly a bad thing for a guy who wants a stock Murcielago.

If I were going to have a Lamborghini, it would easily be a black/black Murcielago Barchetta with a Tubi as well. Black/black or deep blue/black...

SLK 55?

That thing looks like sex on wheels:drool:

I still got that video of the Lambo in Calgary that was making passes and making everyone get big grins on their faces with the Tubi exhaust, and that was a few years ago when video and audio sucked compared to todays technology.
