To begin, this card is a refurbished one. I got it around a month ago, but I am moving to a PCI Express platform, while this is an AGP Pro card. I installed the card only to make sure it worked, which it does.

The 3DLabs Wildcat III is a high-and workstation card. It is used primarily for CAD applications, 3D rendering, and the like. It will NOT play games, as far as I know. So, if you want to play Doom 3, this is not the card for you.

This is also a very expensive card. New, it's worth over a thousand dollars from retailers.

On Ebay, the cheapest refurbished Wildcat 6110 sells for $756. They are only sold as Buy It Now items, as they are rather exclusive. The next step up from this card, the 7110, goes for $1,165 on Ebay. Keep in mind, those prices are American dollars. $756 USD is $943 CAD!!

Ebay Prices (http://search.ebay.com/Wildcat-6110_W0QQsofocusZbsQQsbrftogZ1QQcatrefZC6QQfromZR10QQsacatZ-1QQcatrefZC6QQsargnZ-1QQsaslcZ2QQftrtZ1QQftrvZ1QQsadisZ200QQfposZT2NQ204V4QQfsopZ1QQfsooZ1QQcoactionZcompareQQcopagenumZ1QQcoentrypageZsearch)

Here is a link to the specs on this card. Again, note the price:

So, for anyone looking to set up a home workstation or something, I will beat the lowest Ebay price by a large margin and let it go for $700.

Any questions or comments, feel free to leave them here or PM me!:D

BTW, does anyone know of a forum that would be a better place to sell this?

^While that price is very cheap, there is no mention of the condition of the product anywhere. Judging by that, I'd say that that seller got a bunch of well-used Compaq workstations and pulled the cards out of them. Thus, they're not refurbished at all. Just used and old.

Plus, it's in Germany. It's not like you can go make sure it works.

Don't forget about the shipping costs, not to mention duty fees.

Hey, I've heard people are starting to sell stuff at Amazon now instead of eBay. eBay fees are horrible anyway.
