Hey,

First of all, thanks to everyone that's reading this thread and is lending a helping hand.

Ok, here's the deal. I have a Motorola v400 from Fido and all was working fine for the last year until this triangle popped up at the top of the screen. Now my contacts are saying that they can't make calls to my phone and calls that I make are dropped after a minute or so.

I couldn't find anything about that triangle in the manual or online.

If somebody could explain to me what it means that'd be awesome. A million thanks to that person for helping me out.

Cheers.

i think that triangle is the roaming symbol

get into the menu and then settings
3rd last option is network, go into there
go to network setup
see what settings yours is on
band should be auto
if u change the type, u can set it to auto or manual
try going to manual then it'll search for networks
should show rogers and fido
go to fido and press view and then register

fido and rogers networks are merging,

i think they might be working out the kinks

i'm with fido, but i can no longer get onto their network

just try a few times and u'll eventually be able to call, they still have network issues, since it's freshly integraded
