Is there any restaurants that play live music during the week? for live music i mean soft music like piano or jazz.

BeatNiq/PicNiq (not sure of the spelling) downtown has live jazz. They're located on 1st street between 8 and 9 ave SW. The food there is excellent, but a bit pricey ($20 - $30 for an entree).
