What's wrong with computer? Please help!

So I turned on my comp this morning, wont log in to any account, The wallpaper is there but everything else is just flashing, all the icons and the bar thingy just keeps on going then comming back, My CPU is runing at max speed then 0 then max speed and so on. It's still doing that right now, I just managed to open firefox while the toolbar was there for a sec... then disappeared again..

SO WHAT THE FUCK IS MY COMP ON!!! WHAT CAN I DO WITHOUT FORMATING IT!!!!

ok after liek 10 mins, everything is back to normal, but if i restart it, it does the same shit again... now that I have full control back, wtf can I do to fix it?!

i'm guessing u know it's at 100% from task manager?
then you would know what process that's eating the cpu?

Download Startup CPL, Located here:

Once you download it install it and launch it from the control panel.


You should look for anything that looks suspicios under all of the tabs and delete/uncheck those items.

If that still dosent help you, I suggest you run these 2 tool;s and post the log files that are generated so we can understand what kind of problem this may be.
